As my career progressed, I moved from VBScript/Classic ASP to .NET - initially using VB, then C#. Once I had become familiar with both .NET as an ecosystem and C# as a language, I decided to rewrite SlickCMS in .NET C# with Web Forms as the UI.

I didn't formally release the Web Forms version, but used it on a few client projects at the time. I later updated it to MVC and .NET Core - which was released as SlickCMS on GitHub.

A demo of SlickCMS v1.0 is hosted on slickcms.slickhouse.com, with all of my old Blog's content. The best posts I'm re-publishing on slickhouse.com - which is using SlickCMS now too!

SlickCMS also incorporates the Framework and Cookie Policy projects of mine.
